I chose sex work because I knew I could keep an objective viewpoint. I wasn't distracted
by tales of torrid love affairs, rug burn knees, latex dens, performing for an audience
of 100 beady horny eyes. None of it affected me. I was there for the facts. I had chosen
to never get involved directly in a scene, only to read journals, recently published
papers, books, and articles. My method was one of direct observation. Never participate,
