I can hardly believe how small they used to be, compared to how big they are now.

So I spend quite a lot of time thinking about it, working on it, working on pumping up my

arms, pumping up my shoulders, making my legs stronger, just making myself bigger, focusing

on growing, making my muscles bigger, more impressive.
